There are several benefits of creating an Account including:

Your billing / shipping information will be saved, and checkout will be faster.
You will be able to view your previous Order history.
Account holders will remain up to date with latest promotions & newsletters.

2. I have forgotten my password. How can I reset it?

No worries! If you've forgotten your password, follow these steps:

Click on 'Forgot Password.'
Enter your email address.
Click on 'Reset My Password.'
Check your email for a link to reset your password.
Click on the link and enter your new password.

3. How do I receive sale or promotional messages from Aiza Noor?

To receive promotional messages or emails, please create an account on our website.

Placing an Order

Q) How can I order on your website?

Here's a step-by-step guide to placing an order with us:

Add your favourite products to your cart by clicking on 'Add to Cart' for each item.
Click on the Cart icon at the top of the page.
Confirm all the products and their quantities.
Click on 'CHECKOUT' to proceed.
Provide your address and required information.
Click on 'Continue to Shipping Method' and select the standard shipping.
Click on 'Continue to Payment Method.'
Click on 'Complete Order' to finish the procedure.

Q) What is your delivery time?

For domestic orders (within Pakistan), our delivery time is between 3 to 4 working days. However, for new arrivals and latest launches, delivery can take up to 5 to 6 working days.

Q) What are the shipping charges?

Our shipping charges are 200 PKR for nationwide delivery in Pakistan. But here's some good news: orders over 6990 PKR qualify for free delivery.

Q) Do you offer cash refunds?

No, we do not offer cash refunds. In the case of size issues or a damaged product, we offer an exchange or provide the customer with a coupon of the same value, which you can use to shop from our store now or in the future.

Q) Can I exchange my outfit in case of an incorrect size?

Absolutely! We offer exchanges for domestic orders. Just follow our exchange policy for a hassle-free process.
